Staff was good. Cleanliness of the property and amenities were not good. The room was clean for the most part. Just older needs some renovations done. The fish tank in the lobby was disturbing with a dead fish that looks like it’s been in there for years with mold and bacteria covering it like a cacoon.

The building was hot inside. the carpet in the hallway was worn and torn. The walls in hallways had noticeable damage on the corners. The fish tank and lobby was filthy and had a dead fish that was covered in mold which means it’s been dead for days maybe weeks

A few days before my check in i called to make sure of my reservation and asked specifically " is the pool working" they answered, yes. I get there and the pool is closed. Then i went to my room and the fridge had food in it. The room was not clean.

For starters my family and I were rudely welcomed by a very mean rude and disrespectful receptionist by the name of Zoey. We entered our room only to find out they had a faulty AC that barely worked and leaked all over the carpet, They told us we needed to move to another room after telling them twice about the AC. When we moved to a different room the bedding looked disgusting and had stains like it hadn't been washed. I also spent like 2 hours trying to get the toilet to flush cause it to was faulty. It's not my responsibility to fix or repair anything when I payed to stay there. If you value your money, please don't stay here cause you will be sadly disappointed. If there was a 0 score to give them I would give them that rating, absolutely terrible experience and will never come back! To the evening staff receptionist and cooks thank you all for being so polite and courteous!

Stayed in three different rooms over a 10 day period. First room was nice and comfy. Second two rooms had some issue or another. Broken fridge, broken AC, crappy shower pressure. Not the bang for my buck that I was looking for.
