The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because the customer service was excellent. The front desk employees are very nice and accommodating. However the cleanliness and condition are disgusting. This isn’t even a hotel in my opinion, more so of a motel. The carpet in the hallways is so old and torn up, stains everywhere and the carpet is down to strings (literally) every piece of furniture is so old it’s scrapped up and damaged and needs to be in the dumpster. The fish tank at the entrance is covered in green algae and dirty water, I don’t even know how that fish is alive in that water. Very disappointed how this place has gone down hill in the past 3 years. What once used to be a very clean nice hotel has turned to trash. Not sure if the old owners sold it, but in comparison to other Sleep Inn & Suites I’ve stayed at, this one needs to be shut down.

I wont stay there anymore..they dont change sheets andbwe were there Mon-Fri morning..they dont clean the room ..just add towels pull the dheets over the pillows..ran out of toilet paper since there was hardly any..had to go ask for some..Big wad of hair at entrance of my door..asked on Monday to please remove it and evetyday since I had been there..finally on Thur they took it off after I asked again....Not staying there no more..good for workers

This hotel was super dirty and the morning front desk black girl was very rude and hateful. We had asked for a late check out and was told yes by two different staff and she came running us out after my 5 yr old had been sick all night and this hotel is very dirty and nasty trash in drawers and sheets were not changed out. I have worked in a hotel in housekeeping and if this is how you do your job I can imagine what there house looks like the entire hotel needs to be painted to walls wiped down as well as carpets shampooed.

My daughter sliced her foot open in pool due to railing on stairs broken!! Went to front desk to ask for first aid kit and told her somthing sharp in the pool she said in her so many years working there this has never happen was so rude never got a call to my room what her manger said still haven’t got a phone call back but i do have pic went back to investigate what happen and saw the rail was broken so i let her know she rolled her eyes and said i already let my manager know!!

Everything broken.

Everything was out of order. The laundry room, the hot tub, the outside doors didn't open with room key. The fish was dying in a dirty aquarium.

The blankets were torn and had huge holes all over. The dresser drawers wouldn’t shut and were constantly in the way. The toilet was having issues flushing, and they had bed bugs on the second floor.

The hotel elevator was dirty from top to bottom. I would venture to say it had not been cleaned in several months. The carpets to the guest rooms were filthy. The bed I slept in was comfortable, but there was a wad of black, curly hair in the other bed. The TV in my room did not work. I contacted the front desk and was told they would not be able to fix it till the next day. That never happened. Although the placard in the bathroom advises guests to request any needed toiletries from the front desk they were unable to accommodate my simple request for a toothbrush. I was unable to sleep because the tenants in the room directly above mine apparently had a bowling game going all night long. As I was leaving the hotel my final day, I noticed a mop bucket sitting in the middle of the lobby. Upon further examination, I realized it was there to catch the water dripping profusely from the ceiling. Apparently, a bathtub had overflowed or something like that because the sheetrock was wet and was falling apart directly above my head. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!
