Parking wasn't a problem. There was plenty. The room was clean. We had a problem with the remote for the tv. They tried several remotes and rebooting the box but nothing worked. They offered to change our room, but we were able to change channels directly on the box so it wasn't a big deal. The toilet continually ran which wasn't a problem per se. The room was comfortable and they did housekeeping daily. Breakfast was good, nothing to write home about but not many hotels provide a buffet style breakfast anymore. It was basics (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, coffee and juice) but filled the belly. You can't beat it for being included with your room. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't get a chance to use the pool and spa but they were available. We would stay there again.

This hotel is very run down and not well cleaned. Also, even though there are numerous no smoking signs around there is the smell of smoke in the lobby and halls. The staff and breakfast were fine hotel condition very subpar.

It was clean and it was in a good location. It looked like they were doing some updates or remodeling. The rooms were a little run down, but not enough to be uncomfortable. Check in was slow so don’t be in a hurry.

I honestly have no choice but to leave a negative review. Stained pillow cases. Stained towels. Bathroom door handle came off into my hand. Shower head was disgusting. Sink drain was broken and full of hair.

Staff was friendly and good. Sink did not drain. Only one set of towels. (Room was booked for 2) TV did not work. Key cards did not work after breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, by the way. We were very disappointed, our previous stays here were fine. We arrived after a long drive, and rather than move to another room after unpacking, just went to sleep on what proved to be more uncomfortable beds than last time. I think we will find someplace else to stay next time. We are so sorry, it is such an ideal location. There were only 6 cars in the lot, and 4 other people at breakfast. There was no reason to put us in an unprepared room.
