This location is perfect as it sits 2 minutes away from the highway that gets you anywhere in Lubbock quickly, the South Loop 289. You're within 5 minutes of a Walmart, a Walgreens 24-hr pharmacy, and the South Plains mall with plenty of restaurants within easy reach. Texas Tech University is only 7 minutes away!

As for the property itself, inside you will be welcomed into a stunning living room with a fireplace. Working from a computer? This house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a workspace for answering those late night emails! Totally Awesome!

We had such a wonderful stay in Lubbock! Our host was incredibly responsive, and the house itself was spotless and very well-maintained. We really appreciated that all the necessary items were readily available for our use. The location was perfect, so close to the university, restaurants, and shopping centers. We'd absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip to Lubbock!

It shows in the pictures that you have a whole house, But it's a dupl, had a hard time finding the entry code , couldn't find the Wi-Fi password, Also no instructions to control the thermostat.
