2nd time I have stayed here. Hotel is nice, in a good location, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff in the hotel and restaurant are excellent and the food is always fresh and made right. Highly recommended if you are staying in Lubbock.

The front desk was rude and had to go get own towels or anything you needed no service at this hotel. Don’t get room wanted and pool was gross.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was not as clean as expected and there were dirty towels from prior guests. The bar was terrible and would get negative stars if able. The bartender would only serve one drink at a time and took 45 minutes to serve one round of drinks to a table of 6. She then proceeded to talk negatively about our party for ordering a last round at the 8:45pm last call. I will mow be staying here again.
