I booked this hotel based on the Excellent rating it was given. This motel, was dirty and run down. The room i was in, the floor was coming up in several places, making it a trip hazard. The sofa was dirty, the bathroom had missing light covers, and the grout in the shower is horrible. There is no elevator here either. The only thing i can say was good, is that the bed was very comfortable.

Overall exterior of the property was perfectly fine, however the room itself had some problems. I had noticed that the plug under the desk wasn't in the best of condition, and there were no additional blinds to help keep the light out from the sides of the scroll blind (which is a bit of a problem when the bed is right next to the window and a beam of light can just hit you in your face while you're sleeping) Otherwise the breakfast they had wasn't great; Batter for the waffle mix didn't taste good, the sausage gravy they had gave me a taste/smell of cigar smoke, and the other items were lacking mid-quality.

The room was larger than most but the linoleum was coming up. Their cleaning could have been much better. The biggest disappointment was that the breakfast food that should have been hot was cold.

Do not stay here!!! Room 202 is infested with bed bugs. After calling to speak to the manager, she has yet returned my call. The guy today said, “she will call you when she can.” I chose this hotel because of the location, but I regret staying there. My daughter got bit by bed bugs, restroom was disgusting, it looked like the room hadn’t been vacuumed, and people yelling after 11pm. Do not stay here.

The staff was nice. Rooms were clean. We did have to be given a different room when we checked in because the ac unit was broken, but second room was fine. This location didn't have good sinage at the road and I missed it a couple times. It also wasn't the most convenient place for us to choose. Overall it was a good pick for the price. Good value.

Won’t come again

Room needed a lot of repairs and some repairs had been done poorly. Air unit was coming off wall, floor was not down good. Bed was messed up with a spring or something. Majority was clean but something’s hadn’t been touched.

Room 108 needed attention

The room was clean, but there was a smear ( very tiny) of BM on the wall next to the toilet. The lamp on the desk, and coffee maker were both not working. A REALLY WEIRD PHENOMENA OF FOX NEWS MUTED. All other channels worked. Hmmmmm? All but the BM smear was reported to the front desk clerk. I forgot that very important part of BM smear. In light of all the above so still gave a $5 dollar tip to maids for all their hard work. Room 108 Thank you, Shannon Slaton
