This house is sparkling clean and ready for guests. It's our one-night stop on the way to New Mexico and it's perfect. We looked forward to the game room and ping pong and it delivered. The bedrooms are pristine, washer dryer is ready, kitchen has just enough, and plenty of space to spread out for a large family. Recommend.

I loved this place! It’s a very comfortable and peaceful home. The owner is very responsive and checked in to make sure things were going well. I came to town to take care of a stressful family situation while still trying to work remotely. This place provided a lovely respite from the chaos and gave me a place to connect remotely to my home-base. It’s definitely a 5-star, two thumbs up kinds of place. I will definitely look this place up again for any future travels to Lubbock.

This property is very roomy! The beds are very comfortable. We loved having the ping-pong table and the big sofa to watch TV!The backyard has so much potential. Huge pecan trees and a new slab for the patio furniture. Having the yard mowed and cushions on the chairs would have made a difference. (Found cushions in the garage after the fact) The host provided shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, which was really nice. However, the master shower was uninviting and I never showered in there. Besides having only one tiny skillet, the kitchen was well stocked. The host offered to order a big skillet from Walmart so we could cook steaks and breakfast, but for whatever reason the skillet never arrived. The host was super responsive and very kind regarding an amended checkout time. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just minutes from the Texas Tech campus, which made moving our daughter into college so convenient. The home was spotless, well laid out, and very comfortable. The host’s communication was excellent and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We felt at ease and right at home during our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a great stay! Clean, well located, great price. The only reason we did not give 5 stars is bc personally I felt the beds were really hard, ironing board but no iron, only 6 towels, no wash cloths we found 2 hand towels in the dryer. I feel the mildew in the master shower could be remedied but it wasn’t unclean just dated. But the space was great! The check in and out process was easy, the game room was good and overall it was a great for the price!

Attention to detail

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. This older home has been well cared for and is spacious and comfortable. Scott, the owner, has thought of everything. There were plenty of linens, towels, pots, pans, pillows, and blankets. The game room is nice and offers ping pong, cards, dominoes, and even corn hole. The home is clean and the decor is appealing. We will be back!

Nice Home, Central Location

The property was nice and clean, and in an older, but nice neighborhood. Scott was great with communicating, and thorough in his instructions. If you want to hang out in Lubbock, you should consider this place. It's very centrally located, easy to get to the mall, TTU and West End.
