Luxurious Porto Cupecoy

Amenities abound in this beautiful condominium residential community. It has a Mediterranean vibe and feels as if you are on a luxury resort. Lush walkways throughout the property enter onto our spacious beach-like swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and fountains. For your convenience, the complex includes a fitness center, lighted tennis court, and gourmet grocery store. In addition, right down stairs are 7 restaurants and cafes, casual and fine dining. There are also car and boat rentals, along with a few boutique shops, all situated around a gorgeous stone piazza, that leads down to the marina. This gated property also offers A/C throughout, security, well lit, covered parking, a casino, generator emergency power, and onsite desalinated water plant, so our guests will never be without power and water, like so much of the island.

Our condominium is a one bedroom 1 1/2 bath with a spacious eat in area, that leads into the living room. Sliders on either end of the room offer light and soft breezes. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed, large closet and dresser with an en suite marble bathroom, complete with stand up glass shower and soaking tub. In addition, the kitchen is well outfitted for your cooking needs, complete with Viking appliances. Everything you need to enjoy your relaxing and rejuvenating experience on this one of a kind island!

This secure, gated condo is situated on the third floor and accessed via a convenient elevator. The unit was accurately represented in the listing and, in fact, exceeded expectations compared to the photos. In addition to standard amenities such as dishes, various thoughtful extras are provided, including multiple device chargers located throughout the property. The full-size washer and dryer proved beneficial for guests who prefer to travel light and appreciate the ability to do laundry during their stay. Additional items such as beach chairs, an umbrella, pool noodles, and a shopping bag/cart for the nearby grocery store (within walking distance) offered practical convenience. The proximity to the marina, as well as courtyard restaurants and shops, further enhanced the overall experience. This property is highly recommended.

"My stay at this unit was excellent. The cleanliness and maintenance of the unit were exceptional, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped with high-end knives and stainless cookware. I was pleased to find that supplies were regularly restocked, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal, situated within the Porto Cupecoy development with a lovely view of the lagoon from the living room. It's conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, yet remains quiet and private. I highly recommend this unit for your vacation or a weekend getaway."

My stay at this unit was exemplary. The unit was clean and well maintained, the kitchen well equipped, from high-end knives to stainless cookware. I appreciated that supplies were restocked, the bed comfortable. The location was perfect, as it is in the Porto Cupecoy development, on the end, with a view of the lagoon from the living room, it is near grocery and restraints, and yet quiet and private. I would highly recommend this unit for your vacation, or a weekend stay.
