With breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea, located on one of St. Maarten’s finest beaches, Cupecoy Beach, this spacious two-bedroom condo at the Cliff offers everything you need for a perfect stay with your friends or/and family.

The Cliff is proud to present its great pools: The infinity pool Overlooking the Ocean perfect for a sunset moment, the nice kid's pool, and the indoor half Olympic pool, perfect for a swimming session

The condo’s interior is bright, with a white color and well finished with a combination of modern furnishing. The main living space, facing the ocean, features an open-concept design with large and comfortable white sofa. This space is open to the adjacent dining room with a design table with seating for six and the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors, just off the dining room and living room, lead to a large balcony with a seating area, perfect for breakfast or watching sunsets.

Up to four guests (+ kids sleep in Crib) are able to comfortably sleep in this condo. The two bedrooms have a private en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace through sliding doors.

The master bedroom, features a comfortable king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, safe and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom, has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the balcony.

Even if the property has its own beach access, there’s also one of the finest beach "Mullet bay" only one minute walking.

In the Cliff residence's backyard you’ll find palm trees and tropical greenery along with a path, perfect for cooling off on warm days. It’s surrounded by a terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the ocean and the outdoor pool. There is also an indoor heated lap pool, a SPA, a private tennis court on site as well as an air-conditioned fitness room facing the ocean, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to keep up your exercise regime.

From the condo’s location on Rhine Road, it’s just seconds to the water, a casino, several restaurants, a minute walk to the finest beach of the island and a golf course and a 1 minute drive to the grocery store and Maho where you can find bars, restaurants and nightlife, hospital and much more.

The view and pool were amazing. The location and space in the condo was great. Just a few things that need to be improved- The furniture was not the same as pictured in the photos. Plastic chairs outside and inside and the couch was in very poor condition. Not one place to sit comfortably The pillows and sheets were old. There weren’t enough cups and dishes. If these things were all replaced it would have been much better.

The beach is beautiful and the balcony from this apartment is superb. Large apartment and has everything one needs.Great communication from the owner. Gorgeous lapis pool with teak lounge chairs. Bring a beach umbrella, and you’re good to go! Highly recommend this property. Everything you need is in walking distance and it’s a lovely area.

We were very impressed with this condo ... the Vrbo ad and pictures closely resembled what we saw and experienced. The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were excellent. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful, and the nearby beach was amazing! We also really enjoyed the view from the pool. The place had everything we needed, which was great.That said, a few things could have been better. The dishwasher and microwave didn’t work during our stay. The dryer filter had a lot of sand in it, and there were many crumbs under the toaster. Some of the dishes and cooking utensils weren’t completely clean, and several towels had noticeable stains.As someone who places a high value on cleanliness, these issues made it a bit hard to fully relax. I understand standards vary, but I wanted to share my experience honestly.

Perfect place!

It isn’t very often that the pictures of a place accurately match what it’s like, but everything you see from The Cliff is spot on! The entire facility is gorgeous, from the lobby, to the manicured grounds, the beautiful pool area and beach, and the spacious and comfortable condo. The nearby neighborhood, Jordan Village, offers many great spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it’s close enough to walk there. We have zero regrets for renting here!

Best Place on the Island

The condo and admenities were amazing! This was our first time in St. Maarten and we were unsure of where to stay on the island. Boy did we hit the jackpot with this condo! It was in an amazing location with our favorite beach (Mullet Bay) just a minute walk. The beach in front of the condo was also one of our favorites. So many places to eat within walking distance/short car ride. We will be back!

Condo pretty nice.

Condo neat and clean but the furniture is not comfortable at all. In the picture for the lanai, they have nice loungers but not there when we arrived just plastic and uncomfortable! They could use some new beach towels too, threadbare. John the property manager was great to work with!

Paradise, a Beautiful Oasis

Our stay at the Cliff was a memorable vacation. The unit was clean, orderly and had mostly everything that you will need for a week or longer. Initially communication with the host was slow, but once connected with the Property Manager, she resolved and supported our needs. The property has amazing panoramic views of the ocean and 24/7 security. The amenities such as the pool, sauna, and steamer were state of the art and beautiful! The unit could use some upgrades regarding the appliances and the on site jacuzzi/hot tub was inoperable. We had a horrific experience at the on site Spa which is not affiliated with the Cliff, we recommend booking with one of the highly rated Spas off site for massages, etc. Restaurants and a corner deli/grocery store is within walking distance and there's a 5 Star Michelin status restaurant on site. We will definitely return to St. Maarten, it's a friendly Island.
