Lower Lake Holiday Packages

The place was very dirty. Furniture was broken. AC made a horrible loud noise.

The 1970s look and feel, and yet the contemporary amenities and food and service, just made for such a fun and relaxing stay. We're a couple with two younger teenage kids, and this place was perfect. Add in the trolley service and the walking tour of the neighborhood, and it was excellent value. It felt more like a resort than a hotel. Highly recommend.

Property was nice. They had a nice free breakfast. The staff was not always aware of the hotel policy and therefore cannot help the guests. I was charged a deposit twice. The room was a studio with an extra wall. I cut our stay short because there were 3 beds but barely any room to move. The rooms are over priced considering there is very limited space.

Starting with what is great...location, parking, and breakfast! Just a few things to know...if you are traveling with older kids, the family suite with the two twin beds is not really ideal for kids older than maybe 11. The two twins are put together to make a king against a wall (so one kid has to climb over another for any middle of the night needs). The room is cute and would be great for young kids. It's about a 30-minute walk to the waterfront and not too difficult with hills. Re: parking, just know you need to pull through a gate that isn't super obvious the first time you visit (and then you can't access the lobby until you get through the gate). The little courtyard is nice for breakfast. It's a solid choice for a San Fran visit.

The pool was great fun! It was clean, and there were plenty of towels, and lounge chairs. Breakfast was delicious, and the food was excellent and well presented. The room was super lean, plenty of towels, and bathroom amenities. They had a shuttle to Disneyland that left every 30minutes, so you could go to your room during the day if you needed to, the staff was super friendly and helpful also. I would stay here again.
