The pool was open to public, over capacity, people eating in the pool. The outside pool guests were very rude and it was non kid friendly. Not what I would expect from a Hilton facility.

Call before booking online!

The Hotel was in Disarray due to having just hosted a “Pride” Party. There was trash everywhere, trash cans overflowing. Pool was disgustingly cloudy. Would have been nice to know this before we booked as we wouldn’t have!! Noise issues from surrounding room in middle of the night, however the person on duty that I called at 3:00 am was able to quiet them down.

We stayed here during our trip to Louisville and had a solid experience overall. The location is great—lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel staff actually let us know we didn’t need to pay for parking because there’s plenty of free street parking nearby, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was comfortable but a bit on the dark side. Also, if you’re on the first floor, just be aware that people walking by can easily see into your room unless the curtains are fully closed—not the best setup privacy-wise. But overall, it felt like a safe, well-situated place and worked well for our stay.

The staff was really nice and the room was clean and cute if a bit small. The main issue was the noise. We could hear everyone on the streets around the hotel—traffic and people yelling. We barely slept bc of it. The pool is very small but nice and the bar and restaurant by it are great. They were very accommodating! I just wish they had something to drown out the noise. Even within the building you could hear quite a bit.

I really was impressed with the customer service . The front desk was very helpful and really made me feel welcomed . Louisville feels a lot safer than Grand Rapids and it was surprising that a city of its size at least in the part I was staying .
