I appreciated the kindness and courtesy of both Ashley and Ray, both of whom go above and beyond in terms of every facet of customer service. We checked in fairly late, but were pleased at how well the parking lot was lit up. Ashley checked us in and far exceeded expectations. She was very courteous and personable, yet kept things professional in our brief and limited exchange. As always, our room and the path to our room was very clean and well lit, which we appreciate, especially since we checked in late (11pm). The hotel room was spotless and that’s not exaggerating even a bit; it’s very clear that each employee knows, understands, and respects their role in this process and actually take pride in what they do, which I very much appreciate. We did take part in the breakfast on this trip which was chocked full of just about anything you could imagine in a hotel breakfast service and far exceeded our expectations. Ray was present as we checked out, which we’ve already had a few interactions with and was just as friendly and professional. All of these things are the reasons we continue to choose this specific Hilton property and always will when we are traveling through this area.
