Very helpful and attentive staff. All spaces were beautiful and well kept. Rooftop pool was amazing and heated to a nice warm temperature, even for the 50 degree fall weather!

If you’re thinking about staying at the Omni Louisville Hotel—do it! We stayed here for my son’s 7th birthday, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was amazing, especially Lorena at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my son feel special. We truly appreciated her kindness. The room, food, and location were all excellent. Highly recommend!

Was able to check in 30 minutes early. Received a frew drink coucher for each person in my party for one drink upto 25. That was very nice!

THERE ARE NO ROOM SERVICE FOOD OPTIONS ON A SATURDAY NIGHT PAST 10:00PM. Shocked to discover this at this hotel- given its overall presence, brand, and location. ***Other than that, a pretty nice hotel to stay in- but be aware of the food situation. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

This is the second time i've been to Louisville, first time at Omni. I think i prefer this place over the other place i stayed at last time. Although parking cost about 20 a night there, its conveniently behind the hotel. fairly easy to walk to. Might be a bit far for anyone that has a disability. Depends on their ability (I, myself have a disability...so i thought i'd notate that in the review). Staff are very nice and friendly here. Overall a great place to stay. Next time i go to Louisville again, i will definitely stay here again.
