We had a terrible experience with the ladies that work there. No greetings what so ever, very unfriendly. They were awful at customer service. Watched the manager get into it with an older lady. Not as clean as we had experienced before.

Very nice, roomy, clean property. Nothing was damaged or in less than good condition. Thought the shelving was a good touch. Lacking a separate room the curtain by the king bed helped with accidental light. Only thing lacking was breakfast was something to eat for lactose and gluten sensitive people. I ate breakfast once then had the remaining meals someplace else. We did have an employee try to enter the room unannounced. She made a mistake with the room numbers. Only reason she did not manage an entry is the deadlock I had engaged earlier.

quiet clean. Only thing I would want for a future stay is the staff to assemble the shower bench prior to arrival. We tried and unfortunately my daughter fell in the shower so that kinda put a damper on our experience

We loved all the accessible extras: shower chair; grab bars in the bathroom; higher toilet. The bed was very, very comfortable! That is HUGE! We were a late arrival & we appreciated the quick & smooth check-in. Also your agent called us while we were on our way driving there. So grateful for that so our reservation was held for us. The property was wonderful. So many extras in the room. Home2 will definitely be on our list for future stays.
