The pictures show a hotel bar. When we got there we were told the bar has been closed for a while. The first morning we went down to have breakfast and didn’t get waited on for 20 mins. There was only one other group in there. When we asked for coffee they said the entire hotel was out. We asked again for coffee later that night and were told they still didn’t have any. Our room was not cleaned for the 4 nights we were there, we were told they were short staffed and couldn’t clean up. When we called down for additional towels the front desk clerk asked us to go down and get them. This was the worst holiday inn I have stayed at and we usually are very pleased with holiday inn. I even called the customer service line and they said they would contact the hotel but nothing was done. I was highly disappointed.

Will never stay there again.

Hotel advertised bar and restaurant which there wasn't. Also had no free breakfast. Room wasn't ready after scheduled check in time had to leave and come back later when room became available. Rooms are really small the refrigerator in room wouldn't keep drinks cold and was on the Max setting.

The room was so small. The room said Queen bed- there is no way that was a Queen mattress. It was also very hard and uncomfortable. I had to pay extra for a 2nd peraon. I had to pay to park in their parking lot. It was very noisy inside and out of the building. I will never stay at this particular Holiday Inn ever again.

My stay was as expected. I was there 2 nights for a funeral. Had a small mishap, my original room, the television and remote didn’t work. They moved me to another room and everything was great.

It was OK you get what you pay for a room was very clean bed very comfortable. Couldn’t check in for two hours after a room not available. When finally got room was on the first floor on the street. Had people looking in the window because the shade wasn’t pulled all the way down not good for a solo female traveler Got wet walking around when it rained my own fault however tried to dry my clothing and there’s a $2.75 charge which is changed only the hotel does not have a change machine nor do they provide any cash services. They told me to go walk up the street and get changed at the gas station. This is not a good thing if you’re gonna provide a service at least have it accessible.
