I had to pay per each parking spot,it was not posted on the description $17 each car we had 2 cars,it said braekfast included,you had to order from the menu,not a buffet. It will be better if they put it on the description that we way we know if reserve the room or not. Customer service person was not the best or friendly. We will not be staying there ever again.

The hotel was advertised and even had signs stating that there was courtesy parking, but the parking wasn’t courtesy, had to pay an extra $17 for the parking permit.

Was checked into a dirty room. When told the front desk I was assigned a new room and management was never informed. When I checked out I mentioned it and staff seemed uninterested. The one dining area was completed closed at 6PM. Overall disappointed.

My husband and I travel to Louisville every January. We enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to, with a sense of humor as well. Our room as clean and well stocked on essentials. My only issue was I wish the shampoo/conditioner bottles were slightly bigger, but still wasn’t a big deal to us! The property was within walking distance of everything we did on our trip, which is always a bonus!

The parking lot and sidewalks hadn’t been cleared. It was treacherous. We couldn’t find anybody to check us in at 6pm. Finally yelled and a surly young woman that we had clearly disturbed came to check us in. The heat wouldn’t go over 67• There wasn’t any soap. We were booked for two nights but left after one and stayed somewhere else. It would be a great place for a hotel if it was properly managed and stocked.

OK I Guess

Check-in was OK. Room was clean. Every time we got fresh towels they were tattered ( torn or had holes in them ) $17.00 per day to park in a open parking lot seems a bit excessive. Sign in hotel said if anything happens to your car they were not responsible, do not leave anything of value in your car. Short walk to downtown. Lot of homeless people on the street. Would not stay there again. Should have spent a bit more and got a nicer place. Breakfast was kinda pricey and not that good. Some higher ups from Holiday Inn should come look around, I don't believe they would be pleased.
