It was nice enough and the first man at the front desk was wonderful the other lady not so much. Not friendly nothing. didn't say hello just doing her job. this small hotel charges 17.00 per night for parking f.y.i. and It is a so so area, lots of homeless people. this is the smallest holiday Inn i have ever seen. It was something else before and looks like they bought it. It was clean though and the bed was comforable. I wouldn't stay here again though. the restaurant is meh,

What a great stay!

Jay greated me with the kindness and utmost courtesy. He was so very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The bar staff were delightful and eager to serve. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and all around the room was inviting. I would not recommend the breakfast however. The menu is misleading, not to the fault of the restaurant staff. But the cook was not prepared for the volume of service my party came with along and also other guests. Aside from the food, their attitude and kindness was a delight. That is the only area of improvement i found with this hotel. Other than that everything was great!

Was nice, but hotel is noisy. Didn't bother us, but may some. Shower is very slippery, so be advised. Check in and and where both very good. Jay at check in is awesome! Don't know girls name for check out, but she was nice and efficient.

Property was clean on the inside. Nice bar area. I didn't like that this hotel does not offer shuttle service, continental breakfast was not included, and you have to pay for parking which is very limited.

Could not get the air condition to regulate properly. Was on 74 when we arrived and we set it for 70 but the temperature only registered 73 and the fan continued to run even though it was much cooler than that . Tried to reset it but oh well-it was a great stay and the staff was very helpful and kind

Disappointed

Stayed here during the derby—spent A LOT of money for the stay. My shower was not working and considering I was paying almost 800/night the shower did not work. I told the front desk the first night and they did not try and get it fixed or did they call a plumber. For that much money a night I would expect better.
