We didn’t like how you couldn’t turn on just the AC unit in our room. Even though it’s winter, we do not like a hot room and one without air movement. Secondly, not a big fan of the hotel sealing the first floor window shut, since we couldn’t turn on the air we would have liked to crack the window open, but since is was caulked shut we could not open it. Not sure if this is a fire code issue. Thirdly, the water temp for the shower was luke warm at best. Staff was fine but given other options we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The front desk clerk was not kind or welcoming at all. She seemed to be in a bad mood. I work with people with mental health issues for a living so it didn’t have much of an impact on my day. But more training may be good for her

Front desk gal was very friendly, professional, and fast. We did not try any of the food on property. Room was clean and quiet. Rooms are pretty basic - no bottles of water and no vending machines, but the little store behind the desk was plenty. Shower does not get hot. Location is good. Plenty of dining options nearby and close to whatever you need. Area felt safe enough. Would stay again but would bring more water.

Very clean room, had good towels, staff was friendly, easy check in/out. The only thing i would say is the shower pressure wasn't the best but i did love that they had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower because i forgot my conditioner and soap. Bed was also very comfortable.

Towel bar in bathroom kept falling down, 2nd floor smelled like marijuana in some places, asked to have late checkout and were told 1pm when we got back to room at 1225 our key cards wouldn’t let us in room—- just inconvenient to have to go to front lobby to get it straightened out.

Overall this was a good stay. The room wasn’t super expensive and the property is well maintained . The only complaint I have is the couch/rollout bed is not at all comfortable, like laying on a rock.

The other young guests were very loud and run ing up and down hallways and loud above us. The bed was decent. Shower had great pressure and was nice. Facilities are pretty good.
