Overview

The first floor bedroom has a king bed and a sofa sleeper, tucked into its own secluded wing of the property. Upstairs, two full bedrooms with ensuites share the floor with the full service laundry area. The larger upstairs bedroom features two queen beds and an elevated loft space with cozy hangout options, including a sleeper sofa and room for an inflatable mattress if desired. The second upstairs bedroom offers a king bed and a day bed, also with room for an inflatable if desired.

On the first Friday of the month, hop aboard a ZeroBus for the First Friday Hop. It’s an all-in-one art show, shopping adventure and street party.



Try your hand at Louisville's only axe throwing venue, Flying Axes.



For craft brew devotees, try the bourbon barrel ale at Goodwood Brewing Company.



For a heart-thumping adventure, try indoor rock climbing at Climb NuLu.

Getting Around:

This location is perfect for walking around, the oversized garage is great, but you likely won’t need your car here! Uber, Lyft and public transit are all easy to get as well.

🔹 Standard check-in is 4:00pm and checkout is 10:00am. Early check-in as early as 1:00pm or late checkout as late as 12:00pm can be arranged in advance for a charge of 10% of the nightly rate per hour.

🔹 The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, cooking utensils, dinnerware and flatware. Some basic items are provided; we suggest bringing any "must have" items with you.

🔹 Bath towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided.

🔹 Pets allowed (assistance animals are always allowed).

🔹 Smoking is not permitted inside the home at any time.

🔹 Quiet hours are 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM.

🔹 Exterior security cameras are located on the property (Ring Doorbell on the front door, rear access, roofing, and street side). No interior devices or audio recording on site.

🔹 Parking: Free parking garage on premises, plus free street parking available.

🔹 City Living Disclaimer: This location is downtown, adjacent to residential condos, event spaces, parking lots, stadiums, restaurants, clubs, and bars. Clubs and bars in Louisville can remain open until 4am. While the home is mostly secluded and quiet, we recommend ear plugs for light sleepers. Your stay may include loud noise, events, street closures, or other predictable or unpredictable elements typical of this type of location. If you love city living, you'll absolutely love this place!

🔹 Event Opportunities: Event capacity is available upon request but limited per code (Event Capacity: 50, Sleep Capacity: 10). No undisclosed events; all events must be pre-approved by hosts through direct messaging. Events must comply with quiet hours and may not run later than 12am or start earlier than 7am. Midday events require booking two (2) nights, the night before and after, to ensure availability. Guests will be held responsible for any event or capacity violations and/or damages.
