I have stayed at this hotel many times but 3 weeks ago, when staying there for 4 nights, we endured and reported our experience and it fell on deaf ears.
The hotel was hosting to very loud activities on a Friday night AND Saturday night.
Our room was just off the front lobby and these groups of people were so obnoxiously loud that my husband finally went to the front desk wearing his pjs asking for assistance. The guy said he was just getting ready to get off but he would say something, he did NOT.
The following night, same scenario!
My husband finally went to talk to the people gathered outside just two doors down. Clueless! I get it, they were most likely drunk but there’s no way the hotel employees couldn’t hear them and should have acted on the behalf the other guests!
Upon check out we recapped our less than nice experience with the front desk and there was an “I’m sorry you had a bad experience” but nothing beyond that. I was hoping for a manager to reach out but still nothing. I decided to write an honest review. Toll House should have offered much better guest service.
