This was our first stay at a Palihouse property (Palihouse West Hollywood) and I must say that it was outstanding in all aspects.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the valet and bell staff, and then warmly welcomed by Cait and Andrii at the front desk. The lobby area was very attractive, clean and comfortable, and had a wonderful "vibe" to it - including the music that was playing throughout the lobby and restaurant areas. After checking in, we went to our room and discovered a large, clean, and well-appointed room with comfortable furnishings and a well-stocked mini bar with a good selection of food and beverage items.
Returning to the reception desk, Cait and Andrii gave us an overview of the surrounding area as we wanted to take a walk and look around the area, which was totally safe for walking around.
The restaurant and bar areas were bright and attractive and offered a very good selection of food and beverage items for "happy hour", as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bartender and wait staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks were fabulous!
Sadly, we were only at the Palihouse West Hollywood for one night, but we will return for another stay there if our travel plans take us anywhere near West Hollywood in the future.
