Room was a bit dated. The elevator was sketchy. The light where you get coffee in the lobby and the ice machine in the lobby didnt work. To get ice you had to go up to the 3rd floor. Breakfast was meh. Overall, it was an okay experience. The guy that checked me in (wish I got his name...he was tall and slender) was fantastic!

My wife got locked out of the room after dropping off at the airport. She went back to the room and her key card didn't work. She went down stairs to the 24 hour man front desk and no one was there. She called me while i was at the airport waiting for my plane to leave. And i told here to call the number there the phone just rang. So she waiting a few minutes at the inside hotels clerk window after wsit a few she went to the car to wait. She was in the car for 2 hrs before someone picked up the phone at the front desk. This is unacceptable for a place that says they have twenty four hour front desk service. I truly feel that I should be confiscate i'll return my money

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room was in unacceptable condition: blood stains were visible on the sheets and pillowcases, the chair was badly stained, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. On top of that, water leaked from the shower, causing puddles outside the tub and creating a slipping hazard. We immediately went to the front desk, asked for a refund, and moved to a different hotel. The lack of upkeep and cleanliness was completely unacceptable, and no guest should have to deal with conditions like this. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
