My son and I have been homeless for over two years, moving from motel to motel. So, when we checked into this motel, we hoped it would be welcoming. However, the person at the counter was rude when I showed him a picture of blood on the toilet seat and feces on the wall. The next morning, he had people working for the motel stomp above our room all night to have us complain. You can tell it was intentional because the stomping was all night non-stop. Please stay away from this pitiful place. I don't know who is running this place.I hope to check out and get my money back today.

HORRIBLE

We were there for 4 nights total. My husband checked in before me and my kids arrived later in the evening! Our first night was okay! The 2nd night our key wasn’t working to get into the room, it was already late at night so mind you we were tired! I was told my husband had to be there since the room was under his name which is understandable! But when he checked in the 1st man knew I was there and didn’t ask for my ID as part of the room holder. So when we requested a new room key the 2nd man was being really rude to me and my husband and threatened to kick us out in the middle of the night because we stated we were not told about my ID. Then our 3rd morning I kept smelling what smelled like “cat urine” and found the source to come from our hotel pillows. We asked for a replacement and were told they would bring new ones. We came back 6 hours later and same pillows were still there! I called and went in late at night on our 3rd night and asked for new ones and still never revived them. Room service never came. Worst customer service ever. Also I understand pets are allowed, but all you smell around property is cat and dog pee and our whole took smelt like smoke

We love pets but we have to be careful

We liked the place near restaurants and shops near the highway, we are not finding animals but I think they should be stricter with the guests who carry animals, the Guest or next to our room had animals and one of their dogs almost bit my son and me. That's why we don't give 5 stars.
