You get what you PAY for :(

I'd give it a 5/10 if your staying ONE night. And 5 was all about the CUSTOMER SERVICE I received that day. The young man at the front desk at check-in was very polite, professional and informative. The room was a nice size considering it was a hotel and cleaned very well. However the room itself "looks" like it was in the process of being fixed up but at the last minute prior to my arrival, they did what they could to make it look half way decent.Then, maybe they would continue fixing it the next day after I left.. The hot water took about 10 minutes to get WARM. Then it faded away mid shower to cool then back WARM again.. No stopper in the sink. Toilet seat was peeling so it should've been replaced. And the entry door look like it may have been kicked in at some point then remounted by an inexperienced maintenance man. One lamp was bent over which probably should've just been replaced. See attached pictures. Did I complain NO only because it was only for one night. But had I stayed more than one night I would've asked for another room or went elsewhere.. And also I tend to chose hotels with an onsite BAR but unfortunately THAT day it was closed. That wasn't a deal breaker but the young man did apologize for the inconvenience which made me feel appreciated that he knew understood why I was little upset and took action. So again KUDOS to that young man.
