Liked the cleanliness, didn’t like the tardiness of the staff. Restaurant supposed to open at 5pm, didn’t open until 6:30pm. Shuttle to the airport was late, and staff screwed up my phone number and the ride operator cancelled my pickup. Wound up 25 minutes late to the airport.

The building was hot. The only time you had air was when you were in your room our room was clean and comfortable, but that comforter didn’t look like it was washed or changed. When they put me in my first room, the door wouldn’t open and I appreciate that she comped me for the inconvenience of having to go back down and get a new room so they try to make it right and I appreciate that. I think you’re cleaning Staff need a little bit more work?

Issued a room that was heavy cigarettes even though this is a no -smoking facility. Elevators both had puddles of water that no one cleaned up all night. The room we were moved to had a clogged toilet , lovely lmao. Management needs a refresher course at this location.
