We waited almost an hour for them to tell me and my family that they did not have my room available. They offered to send me to another hotel that was compatible to the Sheraton, but it was not. I booked at the Sheraton for the convenience of being able to walk to the Fairplex. We were there for a cheer competition. We were all so exhausted form the day and just wanted to get to our room as we had a two day competition. We had to drive about 10 minutes to get to our other hotel. We then had to wait another hour before they gave us a room. The kids were all tired. It was very frustrating. The room was so much smaller. we had to sleep in full size beds instead of a king.The room had no living room. It was much smaller. The alarm in that room went off around 12:30am loud with music. It was just awful. We did not get any sleep. We were all tired the next day. Overall this was just unacceptable. The hotels were not comparable. And it was so inconvenient to have to drive and move to another hotel after having to be at a competition all day .

Love the large rooms. Comfortable beds. Clean. Rooms. I'm okay with it being a bit out-dated (flooring). The rooms is why we come back. I didn't like that when we arrived on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, there were no table servers. My wife wanted dinner at the hotel, and have a few drinks....but there wasn't staffing for us. A bit disappointing.
