4/10 Poor

I stayed at this hotel to be closer to my interview site. Upon arrival, the property appeared vacant, and the receptionist at check-in was neither welcoming nor helpful. She quietly mumbled instructions to park on the side and enter through the double doors, but the area lacked proper lighting and signage, making the entrance difficult to locate at night, especially for someone with poor night vision like myself. I ended up entering through the wrong door and briefly wondered if the hotel was abandoned.
During my one-night stay, I was woken at 2:48 a.m. by neighboring guests yelling and cursing at each other. I contacted the front desk, and security responded promptly. The remainder of the night was quiet thankfully. Breakfast the next morning was mediocre and offered limited options.
I gave the hotel two stars instead of one because the check-out receptionist apologized for the disturbance and offered a 10% discount (although it has not yet appeared in my bank transactions), and because a staff member kindly brought me scissors to help me prepare my suit for my interview.
I would recommend paying a little more to stay at a nicer hotel for better hospitality and safety.
