The room was clean. No issues. The airport shuttle is terrible. We watched other hotel shuttles (hotels we thought about booking) go by terminal 4 a dozen times while we waited for ours. Finally it showed up after 45 minutes. Sorry, that is too long to wait to go a few minutes down the road, get more buses.
