Could be better

Customer service was great and they were able to accommodate and fix all issues that were presented but when we checked into our room, the AC unit didn’t work and the door wouldn’t lock properly and they needed security to let us in for first 24 hours until we had maintenance come up and install a strike plate for the door to be truly secure. The bed was very comfortable but the floor inside the room was extremely dirty. Don’t walk barefoot without wipes by the bed!!!

If you truly only need a place to sleep and are desperate I guess this place could maybe work out for you however I genuinely recommend trying anywhere else first. Help desk was okay but unfortunately it's the location and the people who booked the rooms as well as the random people that walk onto the property that make it bad. As soon as I stepped into my room there was a foul stench which made me immediately return the key and look elsewhere and immediately gave everything back and did not stay.

From the moment i stepped into the hotel it had a bad smell. The elevator and stairs smelt bad. There was no toilet paper. There was flies everywhere and the rooms where not clean.

The images on hotel.com looked nothing like the actual room. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, which they dont offer. Instead we got 1 bed with no blankets, and an uncomfortable pull out bed also with no blankets. We stayed for 2 days and did not get new towels or any kind of cleaning service. There was trash and garbage everywhere. We felt like someone was going to break in at any point. Not a safe area.

Sleepless in Silverlake

Usually stay here when visiting from out of town but the last stay was unbearable. Sign in lobby says no visitors. Room next to me had over 20 visitors up all night and outside my door. Called manager twice, still no solution. Left at 3 am exhausted from no sleep.

The bathroom in the room they gave us had a leak exactly in the toilet, the toilet was super old, and the noise of the next room is heard very well, very noisy neighborhood 😠
