Not so much a hotel as an immersive experience in survival. Hallways carry a strong blend of mildew, black mold, and crystal meth. Drug deals appeared to be happening openly, accompanied by crying kids and bass-heavy music all hours. The room itself featured visible signs of long-term neglect: collapsing ceiling sections, rusted fixtures, sticky floors, and multiple live bugs that required immediate execution. This was not a “one rogue bug” situation. Amenities were… conceptual. There was a coffee maker and coffee provided, but no cups, which felt philosophically on-brand. The kitchenette existed in theory only. The fridge didnt close due to frost. Towels arrived pre-soiled and damp, beds had the structural integrity of marshmallows, and there was ZERO hot water. The window AC unit looked medically inadvisable to operate, the room lacked a phone, and noise traveled freely through walls and hallways at all hours. The exterior and parking lot did not feel safe w obvious drug deals going on. I told the front desk about much of this and the man behind the counter did not care. This property may be suitable for public health students, entomologists, or anyone building immunity to new diseases. It is not appropriate for travelers expecting cleanliness, safety, or basic functioning utilities.

This is a very run down and "weird" hotel. Check in was fine, but the hotel looks more like a low income housing project. The have a gated parking but gate was stuck open every time I drove in or out. The room was small, run down, noting to speak good about. Bed was old, saggy, creaky. There are better "discount " hotels in the area.
