I LOVE this place. I used to go to the nearby Motel 6 which had a lot of problems. The staff here are wonderful and the rooms are very nice and clean. Lovely little well kept courtyard around the pool.

This hotel was very dirty and did not feel safe. The overall condition was poor, and I did not feel comfortable staying here. I would not recommend this place to others.

Rooms smell like cigarettes currents had cigarettes burns on them . The lady’s were kind enough to move us rooms but nope we had to leave & got no refund . But that doesn’t matter our safety & health is worth more than staying in a filthy room.

Unsafe and unclean

Our first room had condoms behind the night stand and trash under the bed. Bathroom door would not close and stay shut. I complained so they switched us room into an “upgrade” room. Yes it was nicer but still dirty and wall outlets still didn’t work in the room or bathroom. Making it very difficult to charge a phone or use a curling iron in the bathroom. All the mattresses had plastic wrap and very uncomfortable and loud to sleep on. Almost impossible for my toddler to sleep.
The first room had no working outlets. When looking for an outlet we found condoms instead.

This hotel was old and run down. There was only a sheer curtain over the big window so you had to do all your changing in the bathroom. There was a loud altercation on my last morning there between 3 people. They were screaming and cussing, and making threatening comments beginning around 4 am so I got very little sleep. There was no phone to call the front desk in the room.

Even with paid reservtion,I had tosleep in the car

My car broke down in the middle of the night on the highway. I made a reservation on hotel.com around 12:15 am. When I arrived at the hotel, the girl was very rude and told me that my reservation was not valid, that if I wanted to spend the night there I should have booked on the 15th, so they charged me for the room, but I couldn't sleep in it. And because I made the reservation in the middle of the night, the app didn't give me options for the 15th and it didn't let me cancel, so I was only charged and couldn't sleep in the room

It looks like an hourly hotel or where people bring prostitutes. Its filthy and the little grass there is unkept. The pool has a greenish hue to it. The wifi barely works. When i arrived they didn't have any rooms ready, heck im patient although i got there after check in time.me and my children had to wait an hour which i saw others as well for a room to be ready. When they finally showed me one which was stull being cleaned it reeked. I declined and the next one was just as bad, they blamed it on people smoking in the "nonsmoking room". I ended up settling for a queen bed room for me and my two children. Key would stop working several times a day during my 3 night visit each day. Apparently they're under "new management " which was there answer for everything. Parking is horrendous.It's soo small i made sure to smoke beyond 20 feet from an entrance way, and the "new management " that said he was "visiting " advised me even that space was not good enough because his AC unit draws smoke into his room, imagine that lol. Ac systems arent up to par mind you. The cleaning ladies were pleasant if i could say anything nice.
