This was the most rundown disgusting hotel I’ve been to. I moved rooms 3 times until I just gave up. Luckily, I had and late night event and only spent limited time in the room.

The front desk staff was wonderful with checking me in and out after hours as I flew in on a red eye and left early in the morning. However, I had requested a non-smoking room and found sheets on the bed that had a few cigarette burns on them. When I took a shower in the morning there were multiple long dark hairs stuck to the wall of the shower that did make me wonder if housekeeping had cleaned my room before check in. I didn't request a new room because I was staying such a short visit.

The room smelled awful, I took a shower and left, didn’t even spend the night there. The room was in very bad shape, I paid extra for a room with two queen beds and I was given a room with a single bed. I had to go back and ask the attendant to please review my reservation and give the the room configuration I requested and paid for. I asked for additional towels and I had to cha the cleaning lady and remind her more the. Four times. Will never stay in this property and will likely stay away from the brand in the future.

The room looked so beat up it reminded me of an apartment unit that had just been vacated. The literal wall patches that haven’t been painted, the extremely disgusting mold and grime in bathroom…. And the one thing that drove me out were the roaches. I didn’t bother staying more than 6 minutes. I left and stayed somewhere else
