We always have a great stay at this hotel. The only complaints I have was the matress of the pullout couch was very uncomfortable and we expected a different variety of food offering for breakfasts however only the waffle flavours changed, other than that it was potatos, eggs and sausage.

Inside hotel, perfect. Just don’t park in the back, they don’t have cameras and they broke my cars windows. I know it’s not so much the hotel, but even the cops that did our report mentioned that it was common in the area especially in the back. If they knew, the hotel knows and they could’ve have said something like hey we recommend parking on the side as we don’t have cameras in the back part of the hotel. They do have the signs that mention they’re not responsible for theft whatever blah blah blah. I get it, but we didn’t think about it, and they could’ve gave recommendations as they are there everyday and from the area. Point is, don’t park in the back!

The hotel needs an upgrade. The WiFi was very poor if you had to work, it was impossible. The staff was great and attentive. Convenient to the airport.

You can hear your neighbor really loud while in the bathroom. The ac makes an odd sound and is super loud. Beds were uncomfortable and the pullout sofa mattress was stained. Pillows were like 10"x10"

After heavy rain and flooding in the area, two rooms we checked into had wet carpets. The third room had an odor. Staff worked very hard to successful remove the odor while we were gone. We appreciated their extra efforts.
