DO NOT BOOK! This is a mixed dormitory stay which actually wasn’t my issue with the property. It was very secure, each room has door codes. I didn’t expect the room I booked it to be a capsule hotel but I didn’t mind that part. It would be difficult to stay in for light sleepers because of the thin walls. The kitchen and bathrooms are communal but kept very clean. The issue that came up with my stay occurred the morning I left, or tried to leave. If you decide to park in the driveway beware that other guests may be inconsiderate and block you in. The car that blocked me in left a number. I tried to contact the guest who was parked in front of me but they wouldn’t answer then I contacted the owner of the property to help get the car to move but they were also unable to get in contact with them nor were they able to contact the onsite housekeeping staff to have them get through the door codes to contact the guest directly. It took an hour and a half to finally reach the guest to move their car out from blocking mine in. By then I was already late for work and had to take an uber. The worst part was that throughout the entire fiasco the owner had terrible customer service, they even refused to compensate my stay or ubers. I had to contact the guest directly to ask they pay for the ubers I had to take, which thankfully they did. The owners of the property took absolutely no accountability and were obsessed with their reviews rather than the happiness of their guests. Beware !
