Well it's a motel. But, I was expecting a little more. Pros: 1. Convenience- we were going to the Pomona area, so it is very easy accessible. There are lots of Asian food fusions around. 2. Accessible from freeway, and very easily to find. Cons: 1. we have the Freeway side, so our first night was full of freeway and constructions sound. 2. Bathroom ventilation was super loud. 3. The room itself was clean, however, the sheets and the bedding looked dated and needed to add bleach. 4. Parking lot was sure very dirty. 2. The bathroom

I like that the room is newly remodeled with LVP floor and the room size was big. I don't like: the floor in my room was so dirty (dusty). Some part of the floor was sticky, and there was drinking straw on the floor.

Fridge had a lot of mold in it and was not working. They brought up another but I could tell there were mold spores in the room so we had to leave the next day. I'm not sure how to receive a refund as booked through hotels.com. The person checking us in was unreasonably slow - took 10-15 mins to just check in. His English was not good so communication was limited. This simply should not be. We've stayed here before and not had any problems so maybe ownership/management changed in the past 2 years? There is no dresser so I cleared a shelf where the coffeemaker was -- it was caked with dust that I had to clean off in order to put my clothes there.
