Floor was dirty, spiders inside the towels, hair all over the pillow cases and sheets. I stayed there because it was close to the service for a family member. I would’ve left but there was no time. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable staying alone in a hotel.

Upon arrival a drunk man approached my family and I in a very aggressive manner after the encounter we noticed the front desk as my children were extremely scared to the point they didn’t want to stay at this property we tried to get our money back although the staff was extremely rude showing no empathy towards the situation they said they could not authorize a refund till the next day when the manager was back in office. Extremely dirty rooms don’t waste ur time

The property was nice and clean. The staff were nice. The breakfast was good. Only problem was there was a large group below us that were extremely loud until 2 am. Yelling, laughing, slamming doors so hard we could feel it on the second level. While this isn't the staff's fault, there should be some sort of clause that gets signed that allows the staff to enforce quiet hours after 10 pm.
