The property has 6 large bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms, two additional guest bathrooms, a billiard room with pool table, two family rooms, formal dining room, three fireplaces, casual breakfast nook overlooking the ocean and reading area, along with a gourmet kitchen that will take your breath away. There is a working elevator that services all three floors and depending on the size of your vehicle, the garage can accommodate up to three to six vehicles.

The large home is comfortable and technology advanced to keep you warm at night and cool during the summer months, along with automated lighting and high definition TV’s, stereo/Pandora/Spotify/iTunes in each of the bedrooms and throughout the entire property along with an advanced exterior video security system.

Located on the much sought after Boardwalk-Peninsula of Long Beach, direct access to the beach and ½ block to the Bay makes this property equally enjoyable for both adults and small children to safely enjoy bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, wind surfing, gondola rides around Naples Island or just lounging. This home had everything we had hoped for, an incredible view of the ocean, beach front for easy access to the water, safe and quiet neighborhood, well decorated interior throughout the home and so much more. We had hired a photographer to do pictures for my son’s 40 th birthday and military retirement, she had us pose on the beautiful staircase in the home and the pictures came out perfect. We hope to rebook again soon!
