Room was spotless clean staff good could have done with a step to go on bed and could have with small table or stool .there was noise from A/C fan seem to hum all through the night. Apart from that it was perfect place for all place we needed to see.

Great staff, room and location. Quiet in the evenings despite being close to a very busy area of London. Easy to walk to the theatre district, lots of places to eat out, 30(ish) min walk from Euston station. Will stay again if I return to London.

It’s clean and very central close to a lot of tourist attractions, restaurants and museums. Friendly and helpful staffs. Just doesn’t have safety deposit box to leave our important items and closet inside the room that would be helpful to put some clothes. But overall it was great experience.

Lovely staff, excellent location, clean, comfortable bed, good shower. On the not so bright side: extreme light in the "bar", poor breakfast quality (coffee was good thought). The worst: can get very loud. We had a room without window, so no noise frim the outside. However, both mornings woke up around 5 cause of smashing doors (no other way to actually close the doors), rolling suitcases and people talking.
