A recently refurbished hotel near Paddington. Conveniently located and nice rooms. Sadly no functioning WiFi during my visit, which is pretty unacceptable in 2026 but how fully this is a temporary blip. At the right price this is a convenient, clean and modern place for a layover in London.

Clean, comfortable and Paddington is a location with everything at your finger tips. 2 small things I didn't like 1) the stairway to my room would not work for someone with limited mobility. 2) the TV had 3 channels with lots of infomercials. I asked the desk if all the rooms had the same condition, the 2 folks at the desk shrugged.

Very small but clean room. The curtain was not mounted properly on the wall and had instead been loosely and rather carelessly attached to the upper window latches. I mentioned this to the staff on several occasions, but unfortunately nothing was done about it in three days.

Clean and nice, but small room. We stayed in the basic room. Room smelled like sewer the whole time we were there. You could also here everything from rooms on the same floor, especially during the night. On our last day cleaning lady had left our rooms door open with all our staff in our room. Staff was quite rude and didn’t take feedback well. How ever the location was great!

Avoid this hotel. The staff maxes the minimum for effort. There was no TV remote, after 2 days of trying, no TV remote. Bed was horridly uncomfortable. Place shakes every few minutes from the subway under the building. Elevator goes to the 2nd floor, I was on the 3rd, narrow windy stairs to lug your suitcase up. The main issue though is the staff; they max the minimum for effort. Deportation would be a good start for this miserable lot. A truly horrid hotel experience.
