This place has all that is needed for a "budget" if you want to stay in London. It is practically less than 10 mins walk from the major train stations (St. Pancras and King's Cross). It's located in a very clean and neat neighbourhood. While the room may be considered a bit on the smaller side, one has to note that this is London. The beautiful thing about this place is that you have the power of doing what you want, it's like a home away from home without the AirBnB prices. Also staff is so lovely and accommodating. If I'm ever in London on a short stay I would definitely go back here again. Absolutely nailed it!

The staff at Studios2Let was always very friendly, helpful and made our stay there very comfortable, that is why this was the 7th time we stayed there and hope to return for an 8th time next year.

Clean and well set up in a good location. Close to the international train terminal, the underground and buses. No cleaning done during your stay and you have to go to the office for fresh supplies, but that wasn't really an issue. Short walk to the British museum.

Great central location in London, clean rooms and self serve laundry was helpful after several days of traveling. Only downside is the bathroom is the size of a toilet cubicle, so not for the claustrophobic. Otherwise a good stay and friendly staff.

The room turned out to be much smaller than the photograph of the room in the advert and in the confirmation booking - leaving us feeling like we had been mislead, particularly seeing as we paid a premium for the booking. On closer inspection the decor was very tired and shabby. The bathroom was tiny. The appliances were elderly and the television was cheap and had limited functionality. Overall very disappointed with experience, which was definitely not value for money
