Excellent value for money. Check in was easy and efficient. The room was clean. We didn’t make use of the kitchen but it looked well equipped. The bed was comfortable, though a little small. The only negative was another guest arriving in the room above at 4am which was quite noisy until they settled down. I would stay again.

There was no reception at the building, even though I arrived within the ‘open’ hours. Apparently I was supposed to be contacted. Once I was finally settled in my room, I realized the door didn’t lock. The office wasn’t open and there was no contact information for after hours emergencies. As long as you are prepared for zero support and no customer service of any kind, this will be a convenient place to stay near the train station.

This is a really nice accommodation to book and at a really good price, considering its location! Check in was all good. Very smooth, very quick and the gentleman checking us in was very nice. Our room was downstairs and would found it to be really nice. Spotlessly clean. Everything you need - toiletries, including a mini dental kit. Tea, coffee, milk. Kettle, microwave, mini cooker, crockery, TV. We stayed there because I had to check in to UCLH for surgery the next day, and this was a perfect location. Five minute walk from Warren St. station and a five minute walk to the hospital. I highly recommend.

Very small room. Perfect for a solo traveller, would have been difficult for more than 1 to navigate. Right beside a metro station and a train station so excellent for transport with the trade off of it being a big noisy. Dated but clean.

The amount of noise was innaceptable. Day or night. Didn't help that we were infortunate to have the room right beneath the reception and a flight of stairs but also right next to the laundry. The amount of noise was such that using earplugs was mandatory to sleep. No staff present to help you or to answer questions. At this price, it was predictable I guess but be warned : this is no place for a nice beauty sleep in the morning
