Check-in:

-You must confirm your check-in time at least 24 hours before arrival. If you do not confirm the time, we will schedule the check-in at 3pm. Additional charges may apply if you check-in later than the scheduled time.



Late check-in fees:

- For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

- For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.



The late check-in fee will be applicable based upon the time you will reach to the apartment and we will initiate a request to charge the amount accordingly in case you arrive after 10:00 PM.



- Baby cot has small charge of £15 inc VAT per stay

- Extra Bed is £35 inc VAT per stay



For security reasons:

- We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

- We don't accept 3rd party check-ins. If you cannot be present for the check-in you will need to add the person checking in to the booking and present additional information.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available to assist you throughout your stay. During standard office hours, we'll meet you at the main entrance of the building. For arrivals outside of these hours, we'll arrange a remote check-in. We'll confirm the check-in details with you 24 hours before your arrival.
