Good location, comfortable bed. But our keycards stopped working halfway through, we asked for the room to be cleaned and they made the bed but don’t change the sheets, and didn’t fill the toilet paper. The same staff that worked the front desk was also the bar staff, and the drinks were inconsistent at best. Also the shower door was a half a door so when you took a shower the entire room was soaking wet. And you could tell that this was a consistent issue because the molding was rotting. So, not the worst experience but not ideal.

Location was great, room was big for it's price being in London. However, room was dirty with rubbish from previous guests still on the carpet. Soap bottle had thick black tar like substance at the top where soap dispense In addition, all the staff I encountered during the 4 day stay was rude and unfriendly with lack of information on the room types available in the hotel. Note for anyone booking this hotel for early check in - this hotel does not provide early check in until from 11am and if you do want to check in from 11am, you have to book directly from them, pay the 15 quid. Any request to the hotel if you book via hotels.com/expedia basically means you do not get the early check in. Also, if you book a accessible bathtub room, this room type is AVAILABLE, do not be cheated by the staff who told me they do not have this room type when I booked this specifically and tried to give me just a shower. He ended up telling me there is a standard bathtub room available if I wait for 5 mins, when I went up, it was an accessible bathtub room, not a standard bathtub. The staff and cleanliness has totally let this hotel down.

The room was fairly clean, it had a few bits on the carpet and some scuffs on the walls. The bad was comfortable and nice soft sheets. The main issue was the size. The quad family room was absolutely tiny. There was barely enough space to move between the beds. There was no space for our luggage. It was so tight that we had to enter and leave the room one by one as we couldn’t open the door enough to get past our luggage. The location, staff and food was good though

Whilst the location is very convenient and clean inside, I was given an accessible room and the AC kept shutting off during the night which made the stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the room only had one towel upon check-in so had to ask (I booked the room and stated that there would be 2 people in the room). Recommend that rooms are checked to ensure there’s enough towels, appreciate there’s a reason for the AC to be fixed but it’s not convenient for customers who require the room to be a bit cooler. Lastly, I’d also recommend to clean the front of the hotel near the stairs which had rubbish and a bunch of dead leaves there for the two days I was there. I’ve stayed at other Premier Inn hotels and generally I’m pleased and enjoyed my stay. However, whilst this stay wasn’t ideal, it’s minor issues so the location convenience, inside cleanliness and nice staff may change my mind to book in the future if location is key.
