The building is a bit tired but our room was clean. The area is good for transport options (Hammersmith Station only a few hundred metres away) and it's a quick tube ride to central London. Our room was very quiet, with no outside noise and little to no corridor noise.

It was a great location right next to a tube station. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super polite. It was small for our family of 4 but we didn’t mind. The breakfast was a steal. $11.99 for an adult and the kids ate free.

Relatively new hotel so still in good condition. Location is perfect for my need. Close to major transportation links. Tried the bar and had a couple of cocktails which were ok at best. Didn’t try the restaurant as it was close to empty each night.

The staff were amazing .. they knew it was my birthday so came back on my birthday with a bottle of wine and a card on my bed. They were helpful and lovely .. PureGym is opposite as well and I bought day passes and attended everyday so if you’re into exercise you won’t miss out. There are close by coffee shops and cafes quick are excellent and the breakfast is reasonable. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend

The breakfast buffet was fantastic! Well supplied with quite a spectrum of food items, it was an embarrassment of riches. The room was considerably larger than I expected. Sometimes hotel rooms in the UK are quite small. This one certainly wasn’t small. The staff was most helpful. I arrived two hours early and the staff allowed to leave my luggage with them until I came back to register later. I was most appreciative!

Great hospitality staff. Room is very clean and bed is extremely comfortable. The location is super convenient. 4 train lines, directly to the airport and to the city center. Also, there is bus terminal in 3 minutes so you will not worry with the transportation at all. I come back to this hotel every time I go London!
