Beautifully finished two bedroom & two bathrooms apartment which sits on the second floor on Queen’s Gate in South Kensington.

The most elegant residential street of white stucco houses, conveniently situated a 5 minutes from the tube stations of South Kensington and Gloucester Road and close to Hyde Park.

The open plan living and dining room is spacious with view towards the Natural History Museum where not a single building blocks the view, with its large sash windows it is bright, benefiting from being on the second floor of the building.

There is a huge Walter Knoll sofa, a wooden table Leo Saarinen table big enough to seat six people comfortably and a custom made coffee table with in-built embedded white pearl.

The modern kitchen is fitted with all the amenities you'll need to dine in when not enjoying the fantastic selection of restaurants in the vicinity. These include microwave, oven, hobs and complete sets of cutlery, crockery, glasses and decanter.

The master bedroom has a Super king-sized bed (with comfortable memory foam mattress). It’s sash windows, looking out to the back of the apartment offer, great views of the roof-tops and tree-tops in the surrounding area.

The second bedroom features two single beds and two high end wooden custom made side tables.

The bathrooms offers a bath with fully functional shower units and a heated towel rail.

Bed linen are white cotton and towels are high end to help create a luxury boutique hotel feeling.

The property is located on Queen’s Gate, extremely close to Hyde Park (4 minutes’ walk).
It is a 5 minutes walk to South Kensington or Gloucester Rd tube stations, which serve the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines giving very easy access to the rest of London.

For example, from South Kensington station, Knightsbridge (Harrods, Harvey Nichols) is one stop away, Notting Hill Gate, Green Park (Mayfair, Ritz) and Westminster (Big Ben) are only 3 stations away.

The heart of Chelsea and the trendy Old Brompton road and King's Road are a short walk away and the local area is served by many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.

For culture, the museums of South Kensington Victoria & Albert, Natural History and Science are less than a 2 minute stroll- Royal Albert Hall in 5 min away walking distance. We enjoyed our stay in the quiet neighborhood of South Kensington. There was ample room for four adults. The kitchen was very well equipped should you need to dine in. It was a convenient location for taking the tube, walking to nearby restaurants.Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice flat. Plenty of room. AC in bedrooms worked well. WiFi very good. Good location. Pleasant area. Short walk to two tube stops. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Only wish—a connection to skysports on the TV. All in all a very nice 10-day stay. Would book again.

Great Location

The location was great. Close to Underground stops. The apartment was clean. The listing of a lift and air-conditioning were not completely accurate. There is a room air conditioner in each bedroom. The rest of the flat is not air conditioned. While not unusual in the UK or Europe, the listing reads as if the entire flat is air-conditioned. There are also no electrical outlets in the main bedroom bathroom and only an outlet for shavers in the second bathroom. There is a lift, but the flat is in between floors where the lift opens, hence you will need to carry baggage either up or down stairs. Again, this is not an issue unless your party has health reasons requiring a lift. We did and searched particularly for a VRBO with a lift. I would recommend this listing for most family or two couples. We appreciated the kind, and prompt replies from the host and had no troubles with the contact less entry.

South Kensington Stay

Overall communication was excellent. We were allowed to check in early which was really helpful given our early flight. Property was clean. Reason I did not give 5 stars as was advertised as having air conditioning but there was none when we arrived and it was particularly hot. We chose the listing over others which were quite less expensive with great locations. To property managers credit he did have somebody put in window units in the bedrooms for the last few days at our request. Elevator also did not go to apartment entrance. Overall would recommend. Location very good and property manager very responsive but listing could be a little more accurate.

Wonderful 9 day trip to London

We stayed at the flat for 9 nights on our first trip to London from the US. We were celebrating our daughter getting into grad school. We found everything we needed in the flat - from coffee supplies and tea pots to working internet, large screen TV, wonderful combo washer and dryer and a dishwasher! The location was great with a 3 block, 7 min walk to the tubes which we found was by far the best way to get around London. Everything in the flat worked and seemed nice quality and was comfortable. Moe was great with communicating with us - including allowing us to drop off our bags when we first arrived even though check in wasn't for several hours. His check in information was VERY helpful with great restaurant recommendations, etc. We ended up with 3 VERY HOT days - unusualy for London but getting more common. There were 2 free standing room air conditioning units in the 2 bedrooms which made sleeping perfectly comfortable even if the rest of the apartment was much warmer. We still enjoyed the apartment even in the heat with those 2 units and 3 nice fans that were also in the unit. I would highly recommend a stay here, especially if Kensington is a convenient location for you. We were literally across the street from the Museum of Natural History with a small balcony for a morning coffee. Very London chic!

A Perfect Family Week in London!

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in London with our three kids. The space was lovely—spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Our kids especially loved the big windows, the elevator, and even the little routine of coming and going each day. Great flat in a fabulous location

We were in London for a wedding and booked Moe's flat for our stay. From the start communication was great and he was immediately available to answer any questions during our stay. London is so busy and crowded these days and location can play a huge part in what you can see and do and his flat was in an ideal spot close to tube stops and a number of museums. I'd highly recommend this vacation rental!

Moe and Elvis are great hosts. Very clean property well stocked kitchen. Quiet surroundings. A/C units cool down the property nicely. We enjoyed great paintings by Moe inside the property. Walking distance to Kensington gardens. Many restaurants and grocery shops in the Gloucester station area. Harrods is actually 23 minutes away by walking according to google maps.
