It was a good value option for a one-night stay. Compared to other very compact hotels in London, I found this one to be better overall. The bathroom was cleaner than expected, although there was a slight damp smell, which was still manageable. We also needed to leave our backpacks after checkout for the next day, and there was a £5 charge per bag. I was a bit surprised by this at first, but it seems to be a common practice in London.

The whole place was tragic. The only good things were the location, the staff, and a well maintained bathroom. Other than that, the room was so small beyond belief, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, and the room had an odd smell. I awoke multiple times due to back pain from the bed. It was definitely an affordable place so can’t complain too much though.

You’ll get what you paid for, but honestly go somewhere else. Bed was like a stone slab. Bathroom roof and doorframe mouldy. My room was next to reception, so I got to listen to their 3 am phone calls. Key card kept breaking, staff were happy to rescan the key to the room. They probably should check id before doing that. At least it’s central but it’s poor quality.

Nice location and close to everything. When we entered the room it had a weird smell and the next day we found out that it was because of bed bugs. The staff was really nice and tried to help, but we didn't want to sleep there anymore
