Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The apartment was very tired and had no reasonable sitting areas for our large group. The location was excellent for exploring London but I would not recommend this place as a suitable accommodation for elderly or people with walking difficulties as it is two flights up. There were insufficient towels and the general state of the entire place was dirty
