Good location, beds need improvement

Good location for DLR, O2 arena and Greenwich. Perfectly big enough for a family of 4 for a couple of nights. The property is very warm. You can open the lovely big door to the balcony, but it is quite noisy if the trains are running regularly. The beds are not comfortable, the mattresses have broken springs and are so soft you are sleeping on the bed base.
