Dishonesty of the managers
I stayed there with my family including my 80 year old parents. We paid an empuramos amount of money especially to have an apartment like that with an AC as it was the the hottest heat wave ever in England. The AC didn’t work at all, we couldn’t get in touch with the managers nor did the workers at the place. My parents had to book an hotel room and move there at midnight. The day after did had returned because it was said that the AC was fixed which it wasn’t. We all moved to another apartment at their building just to find dirty bed sheets. We would have left if not had beef through all the mass until than.
Now the owner doesn’t admit it’s his responsibility and would t refund us anything!
