Sgt Peppers

The property would benefit from additional soundproofing because it is located above a bar that is open until 3am. There were incidents of knocking on the apartment door in the early hours, probably by someone who had gone to the wrong door. I did report that the shower was leaking from the showers head pipe. The main windows overlooking Mathews Street need a serious exterior cleaning.
