The room was clean the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was reasonably priced and near all the attractions and restaurants with shopping close by. I would recommend this hotel to my friends

Location was perfect and the view from our room was amazing. The room was also very spacious and clean. It was also handy to be able to pay for parking in the hotel rather than in the car park - especially in the cold and rain. Only negatives were the bed was advertised as a double bed but it was two single beds pushed together which wasn’t very comfortable due to the dip in the middle. Also the walls were very thin so we could hear our neighbours.

Noise from other rooms was reported but the noise carried on diff party of people but very noisy for the 2 nights and would not spend that amount for 2 nights again service was shocking couldn’t get hold of anyone and when I did it was least 40 mins

Although it said on site parking it was 10 minute walk to the car park which you paid £14 it was not guaranteed if the car park was full and you didn’t get a refund I was told that the hotel served food till late but when I asked for a menu at around 9.00pm they could only offer room service which was cheese pizza or macaroni cheese we also had no heating in the room they bought a couple of temporary heaters which was good unfortunately not what we had expected

It took us 20 minutes to check in and we were the only ones there and once arriving in our room there was left over food in the fridge that made the room have a bad odour.

Not changing for bags to be stored on the day of leaving!! Especially when you have already paid £300 plus for 2 nights stay and £40 plus for breakfast and £40 plus for parking

The room was ready when we arrived unfortunately this room was allocated to another guest that was with us !!! We had asked for a vue of the liver building as it was for my husband’s Birthday but we got a vue of the car park instead !!!!!!! On the other side of the building were our friends,However they got our vue !!! I asked the lady on reception if we had been given a room facing the liver building and she said we had !!! obviously not !! So to find out later that we hadn’t got the room I was very very disappointed . When I was told by my friend that the room and towel art and flowers on the bed was a lovely touch and vue was wonderful, I wasn’t happy as it was supposed to be my room. I returned to the lady on reception for an explanation and she said she didn’t no the layout of the building!!! What ???
