We stayed at the Holiday Inn at the Albert Dock was a great stay. Buffet breakfast was cooked perfectly and plentyful. Beds very comfortable. The room was clean and rooms cleaned daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Sandra the cleaner!! Just one negative, we wasnt informed in advance of a new 'holiday tax' that is charged nightly by hotels.com and had to pay it when we checked in. Hotels.com should inform their customers of any extras etc.

The property is in an excellent location, away from the centre but close enough to get into it. Great view from our room (434) overlooking the Docks. Excellent check in and out, and a great breakfast too...Would stay again for sure!

Really friendly staff. The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was excellent. I didn’t like the back door being locked at 11.00. We had to walk all the way round to the front of thevhotel

Fabulous hotel set in a beautifully furnished original old building maintaining all the beauty & characteristics of the property whilst still offering all the modern amenities you would expect from the hotel. The staff are all extremely friendly welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have a brilliant experience whilst staying with them. If you have any disabilities they are fantastic & very helpful & considerate towards you. I had a small accident on the last day off are stay. which i had to attend A&E for. Thus extended are stay by a few extra days but the staff were all very caring understanding and considerate towards myself and my daughter. We will definitely be staying with them every time we go to Liverpool from now on.

The staff are amazing people they go above and beyond to help you. I had an accident whilst i was away & the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly they really went all out to make are stay enjoyable and very memorable for us. The Holiday Inn Express, Albert Dock offers cooked breakfast/hot , and is within the same building as The Beatles Story. The Magical Mystery Tour (very knowledgeable, friendly, and informative), along with City Hop on Hop off Open Top bus are approximately 3 to 5 minutes from front of Hotel. Excellent location for quiet drinks and meals along the Harbourside and around the back of Hotel around the dock. Will absolutely go again!

Well the front door was bet hou had to push this big heavy door the reception was on the second floor to which I don’t like the lift so climbing many stairs . Breakfast was good but won’t be staying here again
