the property does not advertise the correct scenario, room is too small and we have been given room which is designed for accessibility. The wash basin was too low for height, water was coming out of showers

Absolutely shocking!

If you fancy a flooded room when you use the shower, then this is the place for you. We booked this room for somewhere to stay, but instead got a free swimming pool. Better still, anyone could join us in our luxurious swimming pool as the door lock was non existent. Valuables and clothes left in the room for anyone to come and have a ponder through. Is this what you’d spend £90 on? I wouldn’t. Have a look around before you book this place… Unless you’d like to catch a virus on your way out. Oh… did I mention the bugs in the bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years?
