The apartment and location could not be better. The staff is excellent and always friendly, welcoming and always offering assistance. Do not hesitate - book this place! You will be in a beautiful apartment absolutely in the heart of the city. We could watch the April 25 celebrations from our balcony less than 300 yards away.

Two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Windows opened to the street so you can hear the street performers. Otherwise the room was very quiet. Close to everything. We loved the room even with walking up three flights..

Room was very clean and chilled. Bathrooms are very nice! However bedrooms are so small you can’t fully open a large luggage bag inside the room. There is no proper elevator- it’s only a lift so if you are not staying on the first or fourth floor you’ll have to heave your luggage up and down a generous amount of steps- on top of having to check in and out from a different hotel that is outside and around the corner. Very average

The property was clean. The location is convenient but very noisy in the evening, around 1am and super early in the morning so we coupon t rest enough. On the third day, I had to take a cold shower because I think there were many ppl staying at that night and ran out of hot water.

The property was beautiful, location convenient. It's steps away from the Santa Justa Lift, a supermarket, and Rossio station. Luis made check-in super easy. He walked us over and assisted with our luggage. The LIFT team was very communicative - there were various methods to contact them. There's street buskers that sing the same 10 songs with mics and amps every night. They stop at around midnight but it could be annoying if you need to wake up early.

Fantastic stay at Ridan apartments, apartment was lovely, 2 bedroom, clean and spacious. Great location. The only draw back was the noise from the street and area from the music which went on until just after midnight. Would definitely stay again.
