I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully maintained. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly warm, genuine, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their hospitality made all the difference. This hotel was amazing in every way, the accommodations, the location, the food at the restaurant, the service and I cannot say enough about the staff. Felipe, Francisco, the front desk staff and the restaurant staff in particular Samuel and the young gentleman from Angola (please forgive me but I’ve forgotten your name) You were all absolutely amazing. We spent more than a week there and never once did they disappoint us. What an incredible group of people you have at this amazing hotel.

A great place to stay. Overall an enjoyable experience but made especially notable by staff that are friendly, welcoming and very helpful (even with phone IT issues). Out of town a bit but Metro is handy and Uber rides inexpensive. We loved the turn down service and the chocolates.
