The stuff was excellent, very helpful organizing the day trip. Good location, good breakfast. Unfortunately the last day was a disaster. The entry key to the room were disabled. After entering the room we found that the room was not made, used towels on the floor, bed not made. The staff couldn't explain why this happened. We ask for the compensation and this request supposed to be passed to the manager. We never heard back from the manager.

Hotel is an amazing place to stay in; close to Metro. Their breakfast has same concept everyday but it's okay if you just have a quick bite. Customer service is superb.

Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend taking an uber from the city center at night. Usually around 5euro one way. The staff don’t replace or wash the cups daily, don’t leave your coffee/tea inside as you’ll need to clean it yourself later!
